Director and blogger at Who’s the Real Boss, Edwina Graham, boasts more than 15 years’ experience in administration and support roles throughout her career supporting C-suite level Executives and industry leaders. Currently working as a senior Executive Assistant, she dedicates all her spare time to mentoring assistants and trying to transform the perception of the administration industry.

With a passion for writing and a keen interest in coaching, she’s created a blog and platform designed to help and support EA/PAs and administration professionals alike, by shining a light on the importance of their own development and encouraging them to see themselves as more than ‘just’ assistants.
